Duties of Place:
- Handle 25-30 teaching workers together with evaluations, monitoring attendance, dealing with normal complaints, points or issues, manage and probably conduct workers improvement workshops, and sustaining coaches’ employment data, certification, contracts, and many others
- Plan and manage every session (fall, winter, summer time) full with themes, heat up and focus for every week, scheduling coaches for every class in the beginning of every time period, the variety of lessons wanted for every session, and rotation schedule
- Guarantee coaches have an entire schedule for every session with checklist of youngsters, final stage accomplished, session plan, guidelines, stage system and some other essential planning instruments prior to every time period
- Plan and implement March Break/Winter Camps/Summer time Camps. (Contains crafts, planning, staffing, rotation schedules)
- Arrange report playing cards for athletes (envelopes, ribbons, e-newsletter & remark sheet) group by class and put together coaches for testing and report playing cards with all essential info (checklist of youngsters, final stage accomplished, copies of report playing cards suggestion sheet & due date)
- Consider the security standing of every piece of kit that you may be utilizing previous to your schedule class
- Full health club ‘security checks’ when assigned and weekly First Assist provide checked
- Guarantee coaches are registered with Gymnastics Ontario
- Supervising Duties
- Implement and improve our Leisure program
- Pay interval verifications
- Handle Summer time camp / March Break Camp/Winter Camp/Child’s Evening/PD. Day Camp/Birthday events/Occasions
- Cowl entrance desk as wanted
- Purchase a normal understanding of membership insurance policies and procedures for registration, working of all leisure lessons and hours of operation
- Put together Promoting Campaigns (brochures, flyers, posters, social media and many others)
Hours of labor:
(Fall Periods: Sept. – June)
Monday-Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday & Sunday : Off
(Summer time Hours: July & August)
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Off
